Q: How long does the carpet cleaning process take?: A. This can vary slightly depending upon the amount of soil, how much furniture needs to be moved, specialty spotting procedures, and setup time.
Q. Would I have to clear the room?: A. A tidy, uncluttered area allows us to complete the job more efficiently and in good time. Please, clear away, where possible small items such as plants and light furnishings. You don't need to move heavy items of furniture.
Q: How soon can I walk on the carpet?: A: Try to keep pets, children, and heavy traffic off the carpet during the drying process. Wait 24 hours before removing Styrofoam blocks or protective tabs that our technicians have placed under the furniture to protect the carpet. Some carpets may feel slightly damp for up to 18 hours depending on the carpet and soil conditions. This is normal and will not cause any problems.

Q. How do I pay?: A. You can pay either by cheque or cash.
Q. Do you have a minimum charge?: A. Yes, our minimum call out charge is £45.
Q. Do you guarantee you service?: A. Yes. We promise that if you are not satisfied with the result from a job then we will come back and clean free of charge. If you are still dissatisfied - you will receive your money back.
